Free shipping within the USA. Please allow up to 5 business days after your purchase confirmation for delivery to your address.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code, which you can use to track the status of your order.

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be automatically resent. We will reach out to you to arrange a new delivery.
exchanges
We do not offer exchanges through our website, but you can contact us at contact@leloupshoes.com, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.
It is a requirement for proceeding with the exchange that the products are in their original condition as delivered.
returns
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you would like to exchange for a different model, color, or size, simply contact our customer service team at contact@leloupshoes.com, and they will assist you with the exchange.
You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for our office to complete the return of the package. Keep in mind that online purchases will be refunded via the same payment method or as a credit note in the case of gift cards.
